Gooseneck Assembly
HEAD: Ruggedly built head couples securely to king pin of the fifth wheel trailer. Putnam's unique "ball and socket" design allows for full omni-directional tilting of the head assembly. Simply pull the two heat treated pins and remove the fifth wheel head and the FIREHAWK is ready for gooseneck trailering.
PILLOW BLOCKS: Durable, shock absorbing pillows of flexible polyurethane allow the head to pivot on the hitchball in all directions.
CENTER SECTION: Constructed with Putnam's quality workmanship, the center section is a solid mounting base for the gooseneck or fifth wheel trailer.
END PLATES: Heavy gauge steel endplates allow for quick and easy dismount of entire Gooseneck/Fifth Wheel assembly which allows full use of pickup bed by simply pulling four pins.
